👎🏼 I feel like I've been transported back to middle school. Where I'm friends with her but not her but they're friends but together they don't like me

It’s a story about nothing. I’m so disappointed but I finish what I start unless it gets too violent. It’s a group of people who used to work together or work together now. They go out to eat or have a party.

100 pages in and still no story line. Lots of who worked for who and how they know who. I’m going to continue to read this because I have a rule to finish any book I start ( unless it gets too explicit or there is too much violence especially against children but also adults. ). So here I go right back into the book. Hoping I can report later that I judged it too soon.

Having a hard time keeping up and keeping things straight especially about the characters. Hoping it starts to make sense to me and that characters fall into place.
