I do not understand the part about truth being subjective. Maybe another word could've been used.

But I definitely feel validated by the part on empathy versus sympathy.

I began this book as part of a book club at work. Since these concepts are rather new to me (maybe not new in practice but new in reading through the concepts) - I thought this was a pretty good book. Some of the sections felt repetitive but there were some pages where I bookmarked novel or helpful learnings.
