So far I’m very mixed on what DeYoung is saying. He’s straightforward and bordering on forceful when applying this universally rather than to God’s people. It feels in parts that it’s only been read on surface level or research has been an echo chamber. But at the same time, he gives some good practicality to what he’s saying.
