Status Updates From Out of Time (Lost Platoon)

The ending to the series was too sudden & on the anticlimactic side, given that it's been progressing since book one. It could have been handled a lot better. This was probably the most exciting in the series. Kate and Colt outshined the MC's and were the best part of the book. This series wasn't as exciting or plot driven as it could have been, but I'm sad it's over. It had such a good premise.

Boy this is getting crazy! I love being in Kate & Colt’s POVs (I wish they were longer!) & honestly dread being back in the MC’s. They’re nowhere near as interesting; the side characters are usually more exciting than the MC’s. Things are shaping up and it’s getting closer to everything being revealed! Didn’t think there would only be 3 books in this series but it’s looking like it will be.

Just like with the second book, I was already against the heroine before I ever started reading the book. This story is way too similar to the side characters' & they all sound the same. The scenes are remarkably similar throughout the series. The pacing is slow & these books aren't as plot driven as I would like. As with the second book, I'm much more interested in Kate & Colt's POV's, which is more exciting.
