Picked this up as an ARC and I must say that I'm really struggling to keep reading this book-- not because of the dark content (that's what intrigued me) but due to the poor sentence structure. Run-on sentences full of unnecessary descriptors that just become tedious to read. I'd suggest some serious editing to this book to make it much more readable. The story really gets lost in all the extra unnecessary words.
