I bought this ebook on sale quite a while ago but never read beyond about ch 1 at the time. Decided I'm going to try using this as my "daily read" this year, rather than a revisit of one of my other books (like Daily Stoic, etc). Even the overview so far is interesting, describing how our behaviors are impacted not just by what happened 1 second ago, but days, years, eons (via evolution) in the past.
