This story is fun! We try to read 1 chapter a day. The fantasy world is very intriguing and has many layers to it. There is a lot of mystery to this so far and that has us hooked! I love the friendships and personality of these characters too.

Chapters 9, 10 and 11 added more intrigue to the story… but a couple things creeped Ev out 😆!
Chapter 11 ended in a way that makes us both want to read more chapters later tonight, so that’s good!
Only have questions written for 3 chapters so far (out of 33). So I need to catch up on that.

Chapters 7 & 8 dove into the darker info of the story. This book so far has a good balance of humor, some creepy-vibes & so much intrigue!

Chapters 4, 5 & 6 dove real deep into Ranger info (sounds like Boy Scouts with a fantasy twist?) and that was A LOT of info for me and Ev to digest 😆
We’ll have to re-read this book to fully take all this in! So much to memorize for this book for the battle team. 🙃
