i really didn’t want to read a book with a shirtless man on the cover 😭 but the reviews really intrigued me, and more than halfway in, i’m so glad i gave it a chance. it’s one of those books you just can’t put down, even when you have to because it’s 3am and you desperately need to sleep lolll

OMG, I have no words. Such an emotional read. Military romance. They end up getting held captive and fall in love. So much happens, it’s devastating. They end up getting sent home and she is married with a kid. She ends up finding it hard to be back home when no understands what she went through. All she wants is Briggs. The one she was held captive with.
