Drache.... (Angelika) is 29% done

So far one of the main characters (Alfie) is a sweetheart and the other (Novak) is a prick.
The author seems to think that Novak' mean and rude comments are on the same level as Alfie's abrupt answers defending himself.
Novak doesn't even say sorry afterwards, because Alfie is rude, too (but always as reaction to the demeaning things Novak says).
Hopefully the author will change her narrative a bit.

I read this on KU last year, then bought the paperback for rereads. This is my first reread and the words on each page go very close to where the spine is connected. This may be interesting.
