*sigh* What's with the generalalities? He ran the diagnostic order the part called called Ashton and told him he ran the diagnostic and ordered the part. Not once saying what is wrong. Hell, Ashton doesn't even ask what's wrong with his car! That's ridiculous! Mechanics tell you what's wrong and what part is needed!
