Interesting book, but man this guy is not critical enough towards big companies like Goodwill. Goodwill literally tells him "Yeah we ship more expensive, higher-quality clothing to Goodwill boutiques in rich communities so we can get more money for them and we save the cheaply made, lower-quality clothing for Goodwills in low-income neighborhoods" and he just accepts it
