Status Updates From Mediterranean Vegetables

A lot of the recipes involve deep frying, which I avoid. Some of the hyperlinks don't lead to the right place. So far, browsing around, I haven't found anything I definitely want to make. And it tries to be too many things: a comprehensive(ish) alphabetic list of vegetables used in the Mediterranean, including ones only foraged locally; a history of vegetable cultivation and origins; a collection of recipes.
