If you shock your brain you can basically cure anything. I wish I could shock my brain into not having break downs over people smacking. On a serious note it didn’t improve performance by much. But it’s simple to do and can do other things.

Thirst was def on the more boring side. Basically dehydration and thirst are not the same and some people consume too much water. It’s really just a mix of factors.

The human body was designed so detailed it’s kinda crazy to think about. If you go swimming your heart recognizes that your in water and you’re heart rate beings to drop. All the cooling systems that the body has the extra resivor of air in the spleen. That’s so incredible. If you drink slushies that also cools your core temp down.

I can’t believe people are holding their breath for like 12 min swimming underwater. One breath mind you. Then other people are climbing Mount Everest with no oxygen supplements. I think I just need to be better. That is what this book has taught me.
