Some good advice. Only if you can find rhythm in fasting to lose weight. Very easy to read, enough studies to support the text. There is also a lot of anecdotal evidence that Dr Mosley weighs very heavily in his opinion and bias.
Things like being on the scales to weight yourself every day, is almost certainly not a good thing for most people. Like all health books, take what works for you and leave the rest.
