Hmm, the female captain is kind of an edgy character. I'm not sure where this is going. This is rather different from Time-Marked Warlock by the same author.

Where the heck is the cover picture? Just finished the ebook sample. I read a fast paced urban fantasy by the same author, and wanted to check out a scfi by her. I had to doublecheck the author was her, because this book has a very male point of view, and it's dedicated to Heinlein. I hope there's a lot of space ship battles later.
