I was scared to try Siobhan’s fantasy because I absolutely LOVE her ‘normal,’ books. But holy shit. I think I love her even more and I’m not very far in. 😭👏🏼

Going to start skim read at chapter eight …Maybe not even that much
Since the first page I’ve been having the urge to burn this shit to ash. Ughhh now I have to go back on the hunt for a proper book. DEF WILL NOT be able to calmly & rationally sit through trying to read all fucking five of the books in this series. Not even in the hopes of improvement. Or out of boredom. This totally ruined my morning reading sesh.

Jfc. I can’t even with this shit. Just getting more & more aggravated as I continue to read this MESS. Main issue is the dialogue. Everyone sounds the fucking same, like a robot poorly masquerading as an older person, supposedly writing in the voices of teenagers & failing on all accounts miserably. The first villain was the only one that made sense so far. Too bad he’s dead and dust now. Ugh def a skim read & DNF.

This was released in 2018 and the love interests have fauxhawks and look like Justin Bieber.... I fucking cannot. I will not. The plot was interesting too :(
