I'm reading this for a class.

This is actually a bit difficult to read. You must have a lot of imagination or consult a lot of maps

On the marketplace is a votive offering, a bronze she-goat for the most part covered with gold. The following is the reason why it has received honors among the Phliasians. The constellation which they call the Goat on its rising causes continual damage to the vines. In order that they may suffer nothing unpleasant from it, the Phliasians pay honors to the bronze goat on the marketplace and adorn the image with gold.

In this part of the country is seen the tower of Timon, the only man to see that there is no way to be happy except to shun other men.
