Status Updates From El Canto del Cisne

Very very dark so far. But its a book about essentially the apocalypse. And it's doing it very well so far. Great story telling. Was originally recommended after reading King's The Stand, probably like a lot of people. I am doing the audiobook. Very optimistic. So much action so far. Can't not hook you. But dark. Lol

I can see the similarities so far to The Stand. This feels a little more focused version of the stand but that’s a bit reductive. I feel like there’s enough differences that can stand on its own. Although, I’m still partial to the stand haha
