No one really changes, I mean I guess Barbie changed the toy industry and Ruth Handler changed the world with her ideas. Ruth had to "overcome" people who didn't like barbie and tried to shut her down.

Yasss Ruth and her husband Elliot weren’t racist and actually hired people of all races but more specifically black people in not just assembly or menial jobs but their 1st head of production was BLACK! I love Barbie so much I’ve been scared to dig into the history in fear they’ll have a racist past and or slave doll 🥹 but no ma’am 🥰

I think the theme of this book is probably something like everyone has their own opinions or women empowerment or idk sexism is bad.
