Status Updates From The Friendship Cure: Reconn...

Starts off quite sweet and I really think I’ll like it. A highlight for me is when Kate Leaver talks about all the ways there are different words across so many languages and cultures that go beyond describing one type of friendship.

The chapter on squad goals and friendship goals, is where I decided to start skipping sections - heavily influenced by extensive talk on Taylor swift and 1D

monica and chandler hate is a very hot take but im still sat (don’t know if I can get over her calling chandler a “fairly mediocre man” but whatever)

I liked this already, then she started talking about Taylor Swift and how she models female friendship so slay

It’s fun so far, the author writes in a way that makes sense, and doesn’t bore me. Probably a 3.5 star book right now.
