Status Updates From We Are Okay

This book drug me thru the trenches of depression and loneliness and grief with the main character and I teared up a few times. The longing for the simplicity of life before grief broke your heart or adulthood started to creep up on you is very real. Nearly finished. Let’s see how this ends!

This book has been the slowest read I’ve experienced in a long time.I was originally frustrated but gave a longer thought into it and it makes so much sense.This book touched on grief and loneliness and depression and when you’re going through those emotions time just seems to drag on.As if you’ll be stuck in that moment forever. It’s a beautiful poetic book so far. give it time It’s starting to get better!
