Ok, I got almost halfway before I had to DNF. This book just kept going on and on about her ability to love him and if it was the right decision for her. She kept going back and forth and I just couldn't take anymore.

I'm not feeling this one. I'm just about 1/3 of the way through and I'm bored. I think maybe it is the present tense that is killing it for me, but I'd be able to shave off at least half of what I've read so far. The yo-yo that is Shae, and the constant "I'm tortured by who I am" tripe isn't doing it for me. Don't know if I'll finish.

Wow. I hope this picks up soon. All this back and forthing is killing it for me, and not in a good way. I hope it is setting the stage for some suspense, and it's not all angsty mush.
