What a slow start 😩 I just really need to know what happens!!

Not how I saw that confrontation going. Love being surprised by an author’s ability to write their way out of a situation.

I fully relate to her reactions and thoughts, but I’m a teeny disappointed in Kate so far. I know she is less of a strategist and more brut force… zero strategies at all over the last 6 months?? She spent her whole life alone and prepping for this, why is she is still ridiculously unprepared and constantly saying she wishes Curran was there. I like their team work, except she don’t need no man!

It feels so good to be back in this series. But the blurb about this book seeming like the final book has me anxious?? Is it time for a showdown with Roland already?! Kate ain’t ready!
