Why are we talking about forgivness all of the sudden? It would be better as anew chapter, and not meshed together with finding your patterns with journaling, the statements given (which aren't that great), and asking other people about these. Nah.

First, a lot of people in Eastern and South Eastern Europe can't afford therapists. Secondly, there's still a huge mental health stigma. And third, people already a few They're our daughters, friends, mothers, wives, etc. Life is mostly crap, and when it's crap, people don't talk about culture, nah, people are trying to survive, so all they talk about most days they meet up is their own struggles.
