Reading Limmy's experiences with major depressive disorder put so plainly is very healing for me, some parts about his suicidal ideations are so hard for me to read as someone who still suffers with MDD and has done since I was 14, but reading them makes me actually feel seen and heard. Not in a lame "you're not alone" way, but in a "if this guy can choose to live and move on, so can you". Love U Brian limond

Reading this makes me feel like I'm reading a book chronicling the sexual exploits of my uncle but instead it's Limmy. I'm absolutely loving it

I feel a tragic kinship to this guy

He’s so funny and demented
