Status Updates From The Men's Club: A Novel (FS...

I’m not sure I’ll finish as I simply cannot relate to the characters. Not that it is poorly written.

In fact it is testament to Michael’s writing that I have gotten this far. However, I find myself not like the characters. Middle aged white men, complaining about their life, clutching for shreds of connection amongst themselves.

Mi auguro che l’autore abbia raccontato le vicende di questo “club” in maniera sarcastica, perché solo in questa lettura posso trovarlo divertente nel suo essere paradossale. La scrittura mi è piaciuta molto.
