Status Updates From Cyanide with Christie

I’m about a quarter of the way through this, I came across the series completely by accident, and so far it’s a perfect cozy mystery, we’ll written, not too twee, good concept to make it unique (writers’ retreat). I have a good feeling about this series, and am hoping I will continue to really enjoy this ☺️☺️☺️

I really want to like these books. It has so many elements of exactly what I want in cozy mystery to helping me through the winter. But it just isn't I am going to keep reading since 1) this book is free 2) maybe it will improve as the characters settle into themselves and go through character development.

Or I will just keep making cringing faces while reading...
