i know im barely into this book but i just realized my irony: i only pick this book up when i feel overwhelming anxiety in the hopes that it will help soothe me. it does so only shallowly. then i put it down again because i feel like the lump in my throat is about to come up

this whole book is literally about how you cant be taught enlightenment, it must be experienced. and here i am doing just that
