Status Updates From Mark Aurel's Meditationen

As someone without a philosophy background, I appreciated the forward by Ryan Holiday. It provided a simple and easy to follow background on Aurelis, his influences, as well as provided clarity on the time periods.

Great ideas, however they are quite hard to understand, but I think it's my problem.
