Istg it’s like Stacia is playing episode and has decided to pick all the dumbest options for her play through.

Bro this whole stupid conflict is just a messy af divorce settlement 😭 this is so ridiculous.

Stacia is such a nothing burger of a character. How is she so unaffected by everything that happens.

*Spoiler* If Pol is actually dead then that scene was horrendously handled. Also how is Anya just ok with chilling with her bff’s murderers???? This is just so baffling.

Well that escalated quickly. I say for the tenth time in 100 pages.

I could not care less about Pol when Stacia and Chip clearly have the better foundation for a love story 😭😭. Also the pacing so far has been horrendous. Everything has to be a big argument or fight no time is taken to actually get to know the characters.

The book wants me to root for Pol and Stacia when Clio and Stacia clearly have more chemistry. Also, Stacia has spent the past 50 pages bouncing around dangerous situations complaining about everything and doing nothing productive.

70 pages is not enough time to get invested in these characters, I genuinely could not care less about all the emotional moments, it’s way too early for that.
