I’m so pleased to see Jack has such a mischievous playful side, he was so serious in the first book so this part is a fantastic bonus. 🤗 I’m just waiting for all the angst to start because I know it’s coming 🥺...

This book is destroying me... My chest is so tight, it literally hurts. I'm not even done yet.

Grueling, this one may kill me - I am sticking with it a bit longer because so many of my GR friends have amazing reviews on this one. But so far this books been rough 🤞

I brushed gently at the soft hair on Jack’s arm. If this was how he was every time Gray Mastered him, I understood why Gray kept it private...It wasn’t how Jack performed mid-heat...but in the right hands afterwards, Jack became so quiet, every ounce of disorder, chaos, mouth, and attitude dropped...Part of me swore that the search for that quiet was what drove Gray, because the moment Jack quietened, so did he.
