Really great for beginners. Covers a lot of basic practices very well!

I tried the Dry bath, it’s not for me. I’ll use other methods of cleansing when I dry bath is called for. I did the “restore your balance” thing and it was soothing.

The first hunk of the book is mostly origins and terminology. If you know the basics, it’s a little slow. I took a peek at the rest of the book though and it looks really interesting.
