As someone who has always been scared of giving birth, reading this part of the book has helped me understand birth better and see it in a whole new and positive prospective. It has given me a lot of tips that I am definitely going to use through my own personal birth experience.

This section has been very informative with lots of interesting information, some of which I already new about during pregnancy seen as I started reading this book in my third trimester, but also somethings I was unaware of.
