Status Updates From Sula

This is good but I just wanna finish it at this point……

i’ve been complaining this whole time how i felt it was just a collection of thoughts w no real plot but i see the reasoning now! it’s showing how everything is full circle, sula became her mama essentially even the fact that ajax came back into context! yeah i love how she made it all make sense now!

oh my gosh… and just like that it clicked!! i guess i didn’t know what i was reading or what the “theme” of the book was but it was all leading to understanding sula in a sense.

been feeling confused since page one… like ik what’s going on but also wtf is going on?!
