Desperately needs an edit. I’m 8% in and the number of repeated words in sentences is ridiculous! Edit the damn book - or at the very least get a half decent beta reader to check it over. It annoys me so much when authors go to all the effort to write a book and then don’t bother having someone proofread it. Rant over.
