IAs someone who has an anxiety disorder the part about what the psychologist said in the beginning really made me angry. You can’t just tell your anxiety to stop. I love the different verses it has in here . These are helpful for redirecting my thoughts away from my anxiousness but I’m anxious because for me it’s a chemical problem and I have to find coping skills
