okay so the writing is…interesting, but there’s some parts i like! also i’m at a point where the plot is plotting a little bit so im excited to see the next actions of the mmc.

I’m not sure if I want to DNF… but I feel like I need to at least get through this in case I want to read the other books… will prob just skip over quite a few things…

i’m kind of getting comfy with the book, as we’re getting deeper into the dynamic of the city & the dynamic between our main characters. although i feel like im grasping at the straws of emotional depth here 😭 and i get it! it’s a spicy spicy book for entertainment, but i keep getting tricked by these brief mentions of deep emotions and it leaves me wanting more.
