Finished sense and sensibility. Nice read, of course coloured by its time.

Reading the Northanger Abbey portion and it’s just not keeping my attention right now.

It’s starting to pick up but so far, Austen has said the word “approbation” in every chapter, and every chapter consists of them either walking and talking or sitting and talking, often about the same things, getting invited to do something and complaining about their company. It’s driving me a bit crazy. They also over explain everything they say.
