Status Updates From Lords of Desire

5/30/23- I’ve finished the first story of this book, written by Virginia Henley. It’s 12 chapters long and a Victorian/ Gregorian love story with the expected dose of ludicrous from VH. However, to be fair, I am also quite swept away by the more whimsical and romantic way this story was written- it involves time travel where our heroine lived in two different timelines, and in both timelines met the hero.

Excited to read a story by one of my favorite authors.

I hope book two is better.

I typically do not care for time traveling stories I will reserve judgment.
