Status Updates From A Heartbreaking Work of Sta...

Trying to find the will to finish this book. It’s not there. This has been my least favorite read in a while.

Made it through the preface, twenty-some pages of a grown man narrating his own ADHD, and into chapter one of Eggers's memoir. The premise gets set up, barely. Then comes the angst, the medical grimness, and a swearing rate that beats mine, and I use language a printer jam wouldn't forgive. Not sure I open chapter two tonight. Not sure chapter two's earned it, and not sure I've earned the right to complain about it.

So far, I’m not really liking this book. Looking for a reason to finish it.
