Status Updates From Grit: The Power of Passion ...

Okay for the first time since my accident, I am wanting to PR again in a race like the mile, 5k, or 10k…I want to keep trying to improve, but not tie it to my worth or identity this time, so stay tuned🏃🏼‍♀️

Whoa, I like that it mentioned how thinking someone is talented leads us to pay more attention to them, so that our expectation for them becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy…I can already tell this is gonna be one of my favorite business/psychology books, and I can’t believe I waited this long to read it!
