Status Updates From I Capture the Castle

I am utterly enchanted by this month book club selection! Although it’s growing a bit angsty here in the ladder half, I really appreciate the set up in a dilapidated castle with interesting family members. My favorite part is the whimsical, poetic leanings of the narrator. Anne Shirley would’ve liked this book.
