SUMMARY: In my book there is a family with 5 kids plus pets that live in a Brownstone in Harlem NY. Their landlord lives 1 level above them. The Beiderman (landlord) is kicking the Vanderbeeker family out of there childhood home days before the holidays. The kids are trying to make a christmas miracle and convince the Beriderman to let them stay in there home but they know nothing about him.

PREDICTIONS: In the end I think that the Vanderbeeker kids are going to convince Mr. Beiderman to let them stay in the brownstone building. I think that the Vanderbeeker kids are going to invite The Beiderman to their family Christmas dinner and figure things out. They will get to know him and convince them to stay.
