Yeah the grandma isn't real, the main character has DID and is killing people. The Robert person is a red herring. I'd bet my left boob on it . Because why hasn't anyone seen or interacted with the grandma ??? And why is everyone dying as soon as they even slightly annoy Abby or whatever her name is ?

Not even done yet but i already got my suspicions confirmed. I knew the grandma didn't exist and it was a DID situation lol
