Just now, this very second, learned that this is a trilogy.

Now we've moved from mystery into a spy/thriller/heist situation. Truly some Mission Impossible shit going down.

Totally into the weird relationship between the AI and his ex.

I feel like this book is skipping over important shit. Like suddenly we're going to meet a guy who wants A TOOTH to confirm Li's identity and at no point do I remember them discussing this plan or what they hope to get out of it, and this isn't the first time, like when we went to talk to Louie, and I was like Louie who, and did a text search and there was no earlier mention of him. Are they wiping my memory too?

Libby has now lost its downloaded copy of this book.

At first I thought this might be military sci-fi because there were guns, but now it's looking like a sci-fi MYSTERY.

Libby finally agreed to download this book to my phone, so now I can focus on how upsetting it is that Li's on a video call and the general she's speaking to just handed her a glass of water which Li then drank.
