حتى الآن فالكتاب مختلف عما توقعته، فما توقعته هو مناقشة لكيف تشكل اللغة هوية الشخص وتصوره عن نفسه ودورها اللاواعي، بينما الكتاب فيما أرى هو مناقشة اللغة كجزء من الهوية وجزء من ماهية مسبقة لدى عرق أو قوم ما. ع العموم أما نشوف.. الكتاب أسلوبه ممل شوية لكن يبدو شيقًا

I read this in 2011. I am re-reading it, as I am writing an essay. This chapter is about research into linguistic psychology. References Pennycook. I remember being interested in aspects of this which discuss language as the site of class struggle.
