I'm reading chapter three, about faith. She is making a point that believing and faith are not the same things.

I finished chapter two. The next chapter is about faith.

Beautiful prayer guidance. This book is insightful and encouraging.

I read a few more pages today - I feel I'm learning from this book, though I've read other books about intercessory prayer.

I'm reading this at archive.org ... only a few pages per day - I can't rush through a book like this. Today I found this in the book: "An intercessor means one who is in such vital contact with God and with his fellow men that he is like a live wire closing the gap between the saving power of God and the sinful men who have been cut off from that power." (p.18) The book is about intercessory prayer.

This is about intercessory prayer as mentioned in the Bible: "I sought for a man amongst them . . . that should stand in the gap before me..." (Ezekiel 22:30) "And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor..." (Isaiah 59:16)
