It was not clear to me when I purchased thus book, but it is clear while reading that it os self-published with lots of errors and repetitive platitudes. I can’t find any information on what makes this author an expert on the subjects if Hygge and Lagom so I am going to discontinue reading to seek a researched and credible source on these subjects.
