Status Updates From Beaus and Arrows

-the other couples: are too problematic in the scenes we get to see them together. i hate them and they should all break up. ok they're supposed to be realistic but we only see the shitty parts of their relationship.
-emory is the worst. blair is the worst. i cannot deal with all of their bullshit

-blair is annoying, manipulative, and plays the victim
-emory is a douchebag, who sucks at his job. i cannot name someone worse at their job, other than trump. seriously... it's not that fucking hard i don't understand. he's sexist and i hate him

will they stop beating me over the head at how incapable every single person in this sotry is?? no. they won't.

i understand the author is trying to depict real relationships that aren't perfect, but these relationships are so baseless and have no foundation to the point where it isnt realistic. how can these relationships be sustained if none of them communicate, or the issues they have are so vast?

the story is compelling,i'm not exactly onboard with the couples portrayed in the book.i'm not exactly onboard w emory's views on people. he's kinda slut shaming people. if the author didn't meant to write it that way, but that's how it comes off and he seems like a douche, but he doesn't give me the complete douche. vibe. i think it's the not-amazing portrayal theough how the author writes him. + blair is too 2d rn
