The insane amount of effects of the bomb that were inrelated to the bomb itself is interesting.
Of course the economy was bad, but the prejudice against survivors which caused them to not be able to get jobs is crazy.

-The church being build up so grand, so quickly in the aftermath
-the importance of the outside of the buildings looking good
- dying for the emperor pg 116
General thoughts
-this was the worst nightmare imaginable
- 50 feet of concrete would be needed to protect someone
